A couple weeks ago my boss mentioned buying a stuffed animal for her first grandchild who is due to arrive in December. My immediate reaction was “No, no, no!! For the love of God, no stuffed animals!!” Of course she asked why? Well people, does this picture speak for itself? Sadly, I’m pretty sure all of them aren’t even pictured here. Sigh.

OMG! That's a lot of stuffed animals! Where do you put them all?
Hey...That looks like our house!
oh my goodness!!!! umm yeah I am not a fan of stuffed animals either!!!! But at least they are playing with them . . maybe?
Good lord!! That's a lot of stuffed animals. I don't remember having that many when I was a kid.
Even my boys have that many, it is horrible. Some day I am going to take a picture of Alex's room, and all the stuff he has. He's SPOILED SILLY!
*sigh*
I feel your pain
Holy SHIZ!!! I totally limit the amount of stuffed animals in our house...they begin to take over if you "let them"....
OMW! My mom would "recycle" our stuffed animals - our old ones would suddenly appear in the Christmas gift of one of the youngest ones. They were thrilled, we were like, "Hey! That's mine!" Once we moved out for college, she was like, "You have a limited time to get your stuffed animals before they head to Good-Will". I swear, those things multiply!
I love stuffed animals, I don't have them around my house b/c that would be creepy but I keep them in a rubbermaid bin and either gift them to my friend's kids or hold onto them for my own. I'm partial to lions :)
WOW, that is a lot of animals....is ET hiding in there? ;)
Oh no! Time to give some of those to charity!
I used to have a TON of stuffed animals when I was a kid, and then my mom made me give them away. I am so glad she did!
I remember those days all too well! I'm so glad they are over! I have had to perform emergency surgery on so many stuffed animals.
HOLY SHIT!!!!! Stuffed animals totally freak me out! lol
Wow Wow Wow! Did you just happen to walk into this disaster?
If you ever need a "charity" to donate stuffed animals too, Molly Moon loves them! However, we do limit them...since she's a dog and all.
WOWZER!! that's a lot of animals
you've got a stuffed zoo going on up in there!
Ahhh!! So funny! She looks so incredibly proud too!
LOL!!
I know exactly how that goes. My daughter has tons too.
Wowie! that's a lot of stuffed animals.
I had stuffed animals when I was little. I loved them. I think I called them my babies.
Whenever I got scared at night, I would place them around the perimeter (sp?) of my bed - they would keep me safe.
Even though they are probably overwhelming and ridiculous, it is sweet. And one day, she won't want them anymore. So I suppose you should give thanks for this time.
But in all reality - Hayden has about 20 "babies" at the foot of his bed. They are annoying and he really doesn't play with the majority of them. It's ridiculous.
Holy stuffed animals, Batman! Do you have any Care Bears available??? I miss them!
Dude, is it time for a trip to Goodwill or a women's shelter or maybe her own little garage sale? Holy moly!
;-)
Send your boss to my Discovery Toys website (www.discoverytoyslink.com/corriehillary) so that she can buy something educational and long-lasting for her first grandchild. Seriously!
O.M.G.
you could open your own carnival in there.

Lmao! Kids are magnets for stuffed animals.
Ok Tami. We have that one and that one and that one. And do you want to know my deep dark secret????
At one time. We had over , ahem, 200 animals in this house. I am not kidding. It was insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We donated a ton and then gave them away at our garage sale. Kids went nuts they were so excited!
People love to give them and then the girls love to win them and I have no excuse except that maybe I didn't get enough as a child.
Oh wow! That is how my son's room was at one point. We ended up getting rid of almost all of his animals and my daughter's too. We had them pick a couple of their favorites and then donated the rest to charity. My SiL has asked that no one buy her baby any stuffed animals.
Good God! How on Earth?!
